Mr. Herbert is a principal of Ostergaard Acoustical
Associates with 30 years consulting experience in
architectural acoustics. His projects include all
types of built environments, from small recording
studios to concert halls: open offices; auditoriums
and meeting spaces; music practice, rehearsal and
performance spaces; classrooms; hotel environments;
historic renovations.
In conjunction with each architect-client, Herbert
established project acoustical goals and developed

issues on this premier interactive learning center
in the U.S.
