Mr. Clark is a principal of Ostergaard Acoustical Associates with 30 years consulting experience as a noise control engineer.  His project work includes diverse facilities where control of interior or exterior noise is a primary goal.

Clark oversaw predictions and control of interior HVAC system noise on the following performing arts, studio, and lecture spaces:

John  Harms Center for the Arts, Englewood, NJ
Major performing arts auditorium renovation.

Roberts Wesleyan University, Rochester, NY
1200 seat concert hall/theater and recital hall.

Rutgers Law School Lecture Halls, Camden, NJ
Renovation of mechanical systems to improve hearing.

Victoria Theater Renovation, Dayton, OH
1200 seat auditorium renovation/restoration.

College of Staten Island, New York, NY
Performing Arts Complex:  concert hall, theater, recital hall and black box theater.

Monmouth Regional High School Auditorium, NJ
Major performing arts auditorium.

Clark assisted with control of environmental noise to the community at the following representative facilities:

ALCOSAN Wastewater Treatment Plant, Pittsburgh, PA,  Control of sound emitted by new odor control equipment involving large FRP fans.

Pershing Data Center, Florham Park, NJ,
Mitigation of noise from four 1500 kw emergency generators.

Rhodia, Cranbury/Monroe, NJ,  Multiple projects to control sound emissions from 12-building campus to adjacent residential areas.

GlaxoSmithKline, Parsippany, NJ,  Mitigation of existing noise sources; control of newly proposed equipment as part of facility addition/renovation.

U.S. Steel, Gary, IN,  Mitigation of 4500 hp fan noise resulting in complaints at a range of several miles from facility.
